Equip The Kids

This year The Vera Project launched its Equip The Kids program, with the goal to help young artists get access to all of the training, gear, and support they need to create their art and lead our creative economy. From in-depth sound and video production training, to paid work in live-streaming and arts performance, The Vera Project is providing a launching board into creative industries for underserved youth in King County.

About Refill

To support The Vera Project’s new Equip The Kids program, Refill is throwing a live outdoor benefit concert in the middle of South Lake Union at 9th & Thomas on August, 15th 2021 featuring a diverse lineup of Seattle musicians. The event is completely free and open to the public to bring out as much of our local community as possible! Come support local businesses in the area, relax out in the sun, and listen to some great music from a packed lineup featuring: Blimes and Gab, Stas THEE Boss, Enumclaw, Archie, Brujita XO and one more soon-to-be-announced artist.

In partnership with KEXP, the concert will also stream live on KEXP’s YouTube channel from 5-8:30pm Pacific Time.

You can support this cause right now by donating on this video, where 100% of the proceeds go directly to The Vera Project without any fees. Let’s help build Seattle's creative future by making sure the next generation of Artists get the support they need!
